I have been miserable sleeping on the pillow top.It feels like I am sleeping in a hammock. I also purchased the mechanical base. These were purchased about 5 months ago and has created havoc with my back. It created a pinched nerve down my leg and sent me to the physical therapists office for 6 weeks. I have not gotten any satisfaction from my calls or letters. Please HELP.
